primal intentions

let's get healthy during the month of may (and beyond).  

my goals are to:
avoid sugar and grains
eat lots of veggies and meat
get more sleep
practice yoga 3x a week (or more)

tomorrow i'll do a weigh in. take some "before" pictures.  i'm hoping for some results with eating well consistently.

i will keep track of my food and exercise here.
