blogging every day is hard to do! i'm going to do better.
i have been eating quite well - lots of veggies n meat. a bunch of dairy tho. so i need to cut down on that.
on mother's day i did have a little cheat - ice cream. i didn't really enjoy it as hard as i've been craving it (super bad every day).
today i also had a bit of a cheat - sprouted corn tortilla quesadilla. i've been eating salads at least once a day this week. feels good to eat lettuce again! in a few weeks i'll be having garden-fresh salads :)
breakfast - bacon and eggs on a big salad
lunch - hotdog wrapped in lettuce
dinner - roast veggies with sausage on top of salad
exercise - moving all day - walking, cleaning, gardening, playing with kids
