day 2

meals
breakfast - omelet w/roasted veggies, spinach and a little cheese
lunch - chicken and roasted veggies
dinner - chicken veggie "lo mein" http://www.primal-palate.com/2011/01/chicken-and-vegetable-lo-mein.html  sooo tasty!

exercise -
not a whole lot
walking, gardening for a little bit

feeling the carb-flu in full effect!
