first weigh in

167 lbs! 



i have been lounging around 170 lbs for so long.  i am ready to get down to the 140s.  areas i would like to see improvement - double chin, arms, belly, legs, ok that's just about everywhere.  i'm going to be vigilant for my health and eat well!

meals today
breakfast - 2 eggs and avocado
lunch - small portion of chicken and root veggies roast
dinner - large spinach salad with chicken and root veggies roast
drinks - one cup of coffee with a little cream and honey, lots of water

exercise -
walking around with my kids all day. 
gardening (squatting) for half an hour
lifting and moving branches and logs for over an hour. 
vacuuming and vigorous house cleaning for an hour.
